Tom passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2012. He was the beloved father of Caroline Kuebler, grandfather of Claramae Hill, brother of Diane Harter and he will be greatly missed. Tom was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Dec 19, 1943. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1966 and his M.D. from the John Hopkins School of Medicine in 1970. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine and social medicine at the
Montefiore Hospital in New York. Tom was a caring and highly respected doctor who spent over 25 years as an internist at MetroHealth (now the IU Health). An avid collector and scholar of art throughout his entire life, Tom was always active at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and was the immediate past president of their Asian Art Society. Tom had an insatiable curiosity for life, through both science and art.

Dr. David S. Kreuz, assistant psychiatrist at the Payne Whitney Psychiatric Clinic of New York Hospital‐Cornell Medical Center, died Tuesday, December 10, 1974 in New York Hospital. He was 30 years old. Dr. Kreuz was injured Aug. 16 in a private plane accident in Martha’s Vineyard, MA. He graduated from Harvard in 1966 and received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins Medical School
in 1970. From 1971 to 1973 he served as a lieutenant commander with the United States Public Health Service at the National Institutes of Health and was a resident fellow in neurochemistry in the laboratory of Dr. Julius Axelrod, Nobel laureate. Surviving are his widow, Joan; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo T. Kreuz of Chisholm, MN, and two brothers, John of Cambridge, MA and Dr. Leo E. Kreuz of WA.
