SIGN SERVICES

PRODUCTION

Strategic Factory will produce all approved and permitted signs. Wide format, welding, fabrication, painting/fine finishing. High tech equipment.

INSTALLATION Installation is handled by Strategic Factory installation crews if within the greater Baltimore, MD/Washington, DC metro area. Outside of that area, our national network of approved installation partners with their knowledge of local regulations and access to local resources will work under the guidance of Strategic Factory’s project management team to execute your project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Signage project management services involve the coordination, planning, and execution of projects related to the design, fabrication, and installation of various types of signage. These services play a crucial role in ensuring that signage projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. From start to finish, our team of project managers coordinate with timelines, corporations, general & other contractors, municipalities, landlords, and more so that you can focus on your business and not get distracted by all of the moving parts. CONSULTATIONS & SITE VISITS Strategic Factory works with you to collect information on your site with a consultation identifying all signage, branding, and wayfinding opportunities and needs. We walk through legal requirements, strategy, advise on appropriate materials and methods, and do visits on-site or via video call. If applicable, Strategic Factory can also connect with landlords to determine existing signage criteria and requirements. TECHNICAL SITE SURVEYS Strategic Factory will perform a detailed site survey, photographing & measuring applicable areas including but not limited to: wiring, access for signs and installation equipment, sizes of existing signage, permissibility for local regulations, visibility factors, build of existing surfaces for suitability factors, and more. DESIGNS & APPROVALS Strategic Factory can create all designs or review designs provided by the client. Whether providing your own or using Strategic Factory design services, proofs and renderings are made for all projects. A full review process is provided with time to revise designs. Once approved, formal designs are sent to production. PERMITTING Incorporating local municipality sign and building codes, Strategic Factory handles and prepares the sign permit drawings and applications for municipal approval. Strategic Factory will work collectively with the client to meet the different requirements of local municipalities for permit application.

Please note: You must provide a dedicated sign circuit within one foot of final sign locations for all illuminated signage.

REMOVAL Strategic Factory can handle the removal of any signage when the project is a replacement. Customers can also employ Strategic Factory for removal-only projects. Removal services can include the safe disposal of goods like neon, electronics, metal scrap, and plastic scrap.

SIGN SERVICING

Strategic Factory handles refurbishment including but not limited to repainting, replacing parts, upgrading electrical/illumination systems to newer LED technology, and refacing.
