than 25 times with five different cars, set a number of records up to 250+mph with the most recent last summer (8/19) at 182mph, the fastest record of the meet. Am still at it. My other passion is Masters Swimming. Having been mid- pack at college, I discovered Masters in 1986 and Sally and I have been at it ever since. We both make National Top Ten regularly and I have been All-American twice (have to carefully pick your event!) More than 17 Chesapeake Bay swims and an English Channel two-way (relay) swim in 2006 for both of us, and Manhattan in 1996 for me. We have been swimming on, not just visited, all seven continents, including Antarctica. Eat, sleep, swim. Repeat. We like to travel, cook and fine dine occasionally (waistline problems there.) A bit of fishing and managing the house and grounds intermingled with the above activities. Sally is a master gardener with a special interest in native plants. With a scare or two, health problems are mostly under control and we stay active. Have a great family and life remains good.
